How can I find my size?

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can. If the item we send you has something wrong with it, please send us an email along with a photo, explanation of the problem and your order number to shop@zummetry.com

We offer full refunds or exchange of items if stock available within 14 days upon delivery. Items must be returned unused in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Shipping charges on returned item are at the customer's expense. However, Zummetry will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Refunds for returned item will be made to the customer within 14 days of the return.

Items bought on a sale are not refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

Can I change my order?
An order cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed at our warehouse. You can check the order status in your profile pages to see if the order has been sent. Please make sure to have your order number available.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be fulfilled within two business days, subject to card clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday except from Thai public holidays.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details. Sign in to your account and click "Order History" for order details and status.

What payment methods does Zummetry accept?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.
